“And they say,”None shall enter paradise unless he be a Jew or a Christian.” These are their vain desires. Say:”Produce your proof if you are truthful.” (Surah Al-Baqarah, verse 111)

Why would jesus love me, I’ve denied his/her existence at every turn, and since (if s/he existed at all) s/he would be dead (in heaven, therefore dead) and denying a dead person’s existence is denying that person the one thing every human should and needs to have, remembrance. Jesus should by all means hate me, and probably does, as in a parable told by Jesus, Luke 19:27, he says we should kill all nonchristians, and you don’t kill someone you don’t hate.

Which version of the Bible are you reading when you read Luke 19:27? I have the Scofield Study Bible, which is also an authorized KJV, with the study system added in.

Jesus is speaking in parable about a nobleman who goes to claim a kingdom and how this man had left 10 pounds amongst his 10 servants. The nobleman returns, having received his kingdom, and summons these servants. One servant says he turned one pound into 10; another says he turned one pound into five; another says he held on to his pound because his lord was an austere man, who took up what he did not lay down, and reaped what he did not sow. The nobleman goes on to say that to those who have shall be given, and to those who have not, even what they DO have shall be taken from them. The nobleman then says, in verse 27, “But those mine enemies which would not that I should reign over them, bring hither, and slay them before me”. “Mine enemies” refers to 19:14, which says “But his [that is, the nobleman] citizens hated him, and sent a message after him, saying We will not have this man to reign over us”.

Now, YOU said “as in a parable told by Jesus, Luke 19:27, he says we should kill all nonchristians, and you don’t kill someone you don’t hate”. How do you suppose that the message is “we should kill all nonchristians”? I don’t know which version of the Bible you are reading, but you are distorting what the Bible says; you are reading into the scripture your own desires, prejudices, and meaning. The verse DOES NOT call for us or anyone to kill all non-Christians. Your notion is false, deceived, and absurd.

As for not killing someone you don’t hate, that’s also false. Assassins kill people they don’t hate. Soldiers kill as part of their job, but they don’t necessarily hate who they kill. Police officers may have to shoot a criminal in an armed confrontation; they don’t hate the criminal, they are just trying to administer justice and keep the peace.

I’m an atheist, by the way.

you must not take it like you are a non-christian.
there are 2 path to Allah(“Aramaic and Arabic name for Creator(God)” said jesus. look it if you want it). Almost everyone on earth believes in Allah.

The one path is the believer who are actually practise the religion. The other path is also the people who believe in Allah, but does not practise it. And between those 2 paths are the Path of the disbeliever who are trying to take you off from the Path to Allah.

This what they are doing! To completely strip the world from the religious believes.

Look what the disbeliever did when the messengers of Allah came to earth to reveal the truth.
Our Forefather Abraham(pbuh), was almost burned alive. Allah save him by making the flames be cold to him. Prophet ISA(jesus)(pbuh)was almost physically attack with stone and beating. Prophet Muhammed(pbuh) was also physically attack. So, was prophet Moses(pbuh).
ALL of the messenger of Allah were almost killed or harmed by them. And All of prophet said: “There is no god than Allah and his the only one.” They all brought the book of truth.

Abraham, Moses, Isa, those 3 blessed prophet told the mankind ” There shall a prophet after me who shall reveal the truth about Allah and he is the foretold one and he is the last messenger.”

Look people I am not here to tell who is better. It already pains me.

      my main course is
      1. Pray to Originator of The heaven And the Earth. The Creator of mankind, djinn and Malaikatu(Angel of Allah) and All living things that Allah Created.

      2. Heaven. We all want that. This is our final Goal To be accompanied by Angel and Allah.

      3. one question to everyone in this website that you have to answer it. ” What happens if we put are difference of each other?”

Of course Jesus loves Muslims as we share with him the real monothestic doctrine, reigion, Semetic language, Abrahamic origion and many other things.

But he hates the self-proclaimed Apostle of the Gentile and all his pagan Greek/Roman followers.

I hope Jesus(AS) loves me as i’m following what he commanded to the people of Israel about following the Holy Prophet Muhammed(Sallalahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) who will come after him.
Now the question is, what about that verse in the Bible where some people claiming to have done things for Jesus’ sake(i.e. Christians) will be abandoned? Will Jesus love the Christians who claim to follow him?

    Punishment for His Enemies (19:27)

“But those enemies of mine who did not want me to be king over them — bring them here and kill them in front of me.” (19:27)

This seems pretty strong. The word translated “kill” is Greek katasphazo, “slaughter, strike down.”[19] The listeners in Jericho recalled how King Archelaus slaughtered his enemies, and recognized how the parable was true to life.

You are not God’s enemy when you fail. He loves you. He is there to encourage you to try again as he did Peter (John 21:15-17). But you are God’s enemy when you set your will against his and refuse to use productively what he has given you. That is a dangerous place in which to stand, as an enemy of God.

Ultimately, this parable is not about the present. It is eschatological and applies to the time of Christ’s Return. If you sense in yourself laziness or rebelliousness against God, there’s still time to repent and change your heart — but you can only count on “today” in which to do that.

    to loveProphet

21″Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. 22Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and in your name drive out demons and perform many miracles?’ 23Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!’

Jesus Doesn’t even love Peter as he called him “Satan”
Why Would He Love 6 billion Humans??

I dont think jesus liked everyone, he called people satans, vipers and dogs left and right. The gospels tried to preach a peaceful jesus as they were under roman occupation and to provide stregth to persectued new christians.

however why then jesus told his diciples to buy swords?? it gives a valuable clue that jesus and some of his diciples were probably caught with swords and later gospels tried to explain the situation…….. after all you dont tell your diciples to buy swords and tell them later that who lives by sword dies by it and pass it off as a stupid prophecy.

There is a book entitled “They are Either Extremely Smart or Extremely Ignorant” which actually profiles notable converts to Islam with their reasons for conversions. This page-turning book further highlights the spread, growth and domination of Islam especially through the conversions. I have no doubt that the book is a 21st century weapon of mass conversion. Just read it for yourself. You can download it here: http://extremelysmart.wordpress.com/download-my-book/ This book may help with this issue

Take away all of the Christian and Jewish material from the Koran and you are left with barely 40% of the text.
Islam is even more flawed than Christianity and Judaism…which isn’t saying much considering all three are delusional belief systems originating from people with less education and understanding of the world than a fourth grade elementary student.
Humanism trumps all three. look it up and be enlightened by truth and not fairy tale.

I’m having issues with this title first with convert i understand you are trying to apply to the non muslims word but convert is not right the word you are looking for is revert is like basic math when you convert a number you changeing it to something else where revert is correct because its going back to what it was. hense believe in fitrah.

also someone posted on here saying almost everyone believe in Allah on the planet correction everyone does even the christians they just dont know it. belief and worship are to diffirent things, they are no ahtiests i simply see them as agnostics to a degree because most say with hard hard evidence without needing the belief and faith factor would believe in islam. but at last life isnt that simple, if it was that easy then life wouldnt be a test.

This whole convert come to islam thing is getting on my nerves if the person is meant for it they will come to it, but whatever you do not push reverting someone because if you do that no better than the christians whole promo convert or die which isnt much of a choice. but in islam there are many choices and saying the shahada will come soon enough to someone who is destined to worship and love and fear Allah.

Brother, the term revert in English is actually strictly speaking used for alcoholics who became sober but then returned to alcoholism. But linguistically, it is acceptable as a term to describe a non-Muslim who embraces Islam. The term conversion itself is not unacceptable since it simply means changing. When a non-Muslim becomes a Muslim a change takes place, hence “conversion”. We do not force anybody to convert as you ought to know. We simply encourage people through sound reasoning and exhortation. We invite, but never force. Refer to the verse on the site’s banner. Thank you.

Revert is the correct term not convert is means we are changeing back to what we were, hense in law revert meant to return to the former owner ect. are we not born with fitrah and then after we grow we change natural subbmission therefore we revert back to fitrah when we come back to islam. i have several family members in AA and believe me the word revert is never mentioned in any books relaspe is but revert

  16. Ibn Anwar said

    To Robinson94,
“The fear that de-emphasizing recovering alcoholics’ ability to abstain might cause them to revert to alcoholism may be warranted.” (Stimmel, B. (2001). Alcoholism, Drug Addiction, and the Road to Recovery: Life on the Edge. Binghampton, New York: The Haworth Medical Press. pp. 119)

note from editor : instead of wasting everybody’s time by quibbling over terms, why don’t you write at least 100 articles for the cause of the Deen as this site has done. Thank you Robinson, wassalam
